加拿大技术移民被拒了怎么办？

3. 是不是被拒后两年内就不能进出加拿大了？因为我是打算下个月回国半年再回来加拿大上班的。
关键还是要看你被拒的原因，如果你因为提供假材料被发现，那肯定是两年内不准进出加拿大的，还有要不就是你有犯罪的情况，至于其他原因，我觉得应该没问题吧，只是办签证可能比较麻烦，因为你要解释你是什么原因被拒的。这个答案可能有些不对的地方，看其他朋友怎么说吧。但是提供假材料被发现两年内不能进出加拿大是肯定的。

co-op的时间应该是不能算employment的,我不知道你办的是省提名还是联邦的你自己最好查查清楚先.被拒后是绝对可以申诉的,这个不用担心.我建议你在毕业后再搞,现在你没大学毕业申请少很多分,不划来.是否可以进出加拿大是看你的VISA是否有效,和移民申请没关系.同样,是否可以工作是要看你的work permit,能否上学看你study permit是否有效.

1. Co-op is considered employment for immigration purpose. Are you in engineering and in the professional year experience? (I judged that based on your 16 month requirement.)

2. When you were in co-op, did you apply for an employment authorization, i.e. work permit? You need that in order to legally work in Canada.

3. I don't understand why you said your student visa has expired. Student visa consists of 2 parts: student visa and temporary resident permit. The temporary resident permit is for you to legally stay in Canada. If it has expired, you will need to re-instate your status in Canada.

4. You cannot appeal within Immigration Canada. Your first application is done and over. You can challenge the decision at the Appeal Court, i.e. judicial review.

5. You can re-submit your application any time you want. However, you are advised to fully understand why you were rejected the first time; otherwise, it is a waste of money.

6. As long as you have a valid visa to re-enter Canada, you are free to go and come back. The 2 year requirement applies to those deported by Immigration Canada. This is not applicable to you.
